How are you filing an uncontested divorce if you don't agree to everything she is requesting? Sorry but it looks like this will be contested. She is entitled to half the marital assets that accrued during the marriage, and half the debt that accrued during the marriage.

You were married for only 1.5 years but together for 7. You got married AFTER she started cheating on you?

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

The strategy is to tell you she want's the moon believing that you're dumb enough to give it to her without a fight.

She's also not likely to get 10 years of alimony on a 1.5 year marriage.
