I hope this doesn't seem like a dumb question.

Got married in Hawaii but don't live there or in the States, didn't register my marriage in my country. If I want to get a divorce, what do I have to do?

I'm assuming Canada recognizes your marriage. Hire an attorney and file for divorce. Are you a citizen of Canada?
