Married a young lady from Panama and found out that she was dating my married brother and only married me to get her green card. For some reason I felt sorry for her and tried to help and it didn't work out she's since disappeared and I don't know where she is. She told INS that we were getting devoriced and when she found out the was going to deport her she fled.
I don't know where she is and we never had sex or anything like that. What do I have to do to divorce her or can it be annulled?
