my grandma's divorce papers were filed in lincoln county washington.
she married her daughters german friend to keep him in the country to finish school. after the two years, he was supposed to file for an annulment, but he filed for divorce instead, although he lied about the length they were together, they separated after only 16 mouths. after putting up with his bad habits and attitude for all that time, he wants her to pay the divorce and attorney costs. she would like to know if there is any way to not have to pay, and if she can get his citizenship revoked without getting in trouble herself.
please help, thank you
