If my new husband is not taking initiative to move in as expected, can this be constituted as fraud since my expectations were obviously different? The marriage was pretty much his idea as I was willing to wait; I eventually said yes because he kept insisting and this therefore made me believe he had already thought out, considered his living situation and was more than ready to live with me.
