My husband has filed divorce papers in Michigan with
fraudulant documentation. He lied about some key
areas. It can be proven.
I would like to bring the divorce here to Texas. What can
I do to get his documents "set aside" so that I may file
divorce papares here in Texas, having everything
settled here instead of Michigan?
Can his attorney "ammend" the fraud or can I fight his
papers with some kind of abatement?

Thanks for your time!!!!!
