My girlfriend was divorced 11 months ago. The house was to be sold, the profit split plus 10K for credit card debt to her. The house was on the market for a few months but no sale. Then he was to buy her out. Now he's dragging his feet because an 80% loan wont leave him any cash in hand. What is her best option?
