Help

What is the name of your state? Texas

My husband left me and I have a 22 mo old and am 5 mo. pregnant. I have been a stay at home mom for 2 yrs. I have no income and feel as though it will be very hard to become employed being pregnant. What is my husbands financial responability to me and for how long? I am very stressed about money and my Dr. say it is not good for me or the baby to be so stressed out.

Yikes - that sucks. Do you have any family that could help you? I would also file immediately for a temporary support order. You're right - it WILL be difficult for you to get hired at this point in time. In the meantime, start planning how you will handle things once the baby's born. You're going to need to be able to support yourself and the kids above & beyond what support Dad pays.
