help

What is the name of your state?I live in Morris IL. I have been married for 11years and have one child of 10 we live in the same apartment and i am the husband. We have been aurguing and aurguing really bad for the last couple of years I have suggested councilling and it is not an option with my wife and to make matters worse she is taking out her anger on our daughter. My daughter is also wanting us to get a divorce and wants to live with me. Is this possible can I move out and have my daughter live with me, or where do I start

please help

Unfortunately, I have some direct experience with Morris IL. You have only one judge there that handles divorce, and that judge does tend to favor mothers when it comes to custody. You absolutely will need an attorney to help you if you want any shot at primary custody.
