What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

Can I change the locks on my apt? My husband left Easter Sunday. We have one child together and I have one from a previous. He was the stay at home dad so when he left - he left me without childcare so I could go to work. It is now Thursday and still have not heard from him. His mother will not take my calls nor will his friends. To me that is abandonment. Any help please will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What you think doesn't matter. It is the marital residence. He has every right to access until a court states otherwise.
