I am wondering if this is legal or not...my soon to be ex...has taken my name off his Blue/Cross Blue/Shield of Michigan insurance. I am not living in our house at this time. Our divorce proceedings were started in July. I have no job so therefore no insurance at this point. I have a friend whose ex-wife and step children could not be taken off his insurance before divorce was final. Thank you for replies.
