Help--- a friends husband wanted a divorce. He had Enron stock that she thought had to have both of their signatures for him to move it or withdraw it. In late Oct. or early Nov. she found out that he had moved it and didnt need her signature. He told her that he lost almost everything. I just heard that if he moved it 6 months prior to the divorce and she doesnt know it, that she will not have any claim to the money. Help!!! He bought a new travel trailer and 4 door pickup. She thinks he's too much of a Christian to do anything like that.
