What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I turned in my FL-180 form, but got it mailed back to me with a statement saying that I need to add a statement that there are no minor children of the marriage, and with division of property I need to include the year,make, model and license number of the vehicle that we are dividing. I don't get if I'm suppose to put this information on a certain line or make some sort of written agreement? Can anyone help me out?
