hello all. new to this website. i have a question. my ex and his lawyer has set several court dates and my ex's lawyer has not notified me or my lawyer of these court dates? is this legal? and if not, what can i do to stop this! this is the 2nd time this has happened and what his lawyer will do is leave my lawyer a vm saying that we missed a court date and won't return my lawyers calls.
