Am divorcing in CO, infected with herpes when engaged (by my now husband). He admits he gave it to me, but says he didn't know he had it. Medical records show he had seen a dr. a few times when infected. One dr. referred him to a specialist, he never went. Do I have any recourse? I feel he was extremely negligent, having blisters on one's penis is something you may want to share with your fiancee or get to the bottom of what's wrong. Married 3 1/2 years, no kids. Any cases I could refer to? Input/advice appreciated. Thanks.
