Hidden Bank Accounts

What is the name of your state? Washington

Last spring (May), my husband was going through a stage thinking that our marriage was over and that he was leaving me. So in preparation of this, he took all the money which included our savings from our joint account and opened a single account in his name only and put the money there. I had no idea that this took place until July. At this time, he had already left the family home sort of to go "find himself", but had not completely left. We have not had a separation or legal separation. Since this time (almost a year), I was under the impression that the money he moved from our joint account, because I questioned it when I found out, went back into his business because that is what the money was for, according to his statement to me when I asked. I happened across a bank statement from December of his personal account and found that the money is there and not in his business account. My question is this. We are working on piecing back our marriage and one of the items that I am asking that he do is move the money back to our joint account and do away with separate bank accounts. Is there a timeline in the State of Washington that if we choose to not continue our marriage, that I not have access to the money in this personal account that he has opened? What is the name of your state?

Keep track of the amount and account number. It is marital property a week, year, decade or century from now.
