I am a mother of 5, living in California. My husband has been out of the house for 9 months. I have been paying the mortgage on my own since he has left. He cannot afford to keep/pay for the house on his income.
I cannot afford to buy him out in one lump sum, would the court force me to sell my home or can I be given time to buy him out (years)?
