What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

My husband wants a divorce. We married almost 5 years ago. During that time we purchased a home, however, my name is not on the deeds. Do I have any rights to the house?

You would be entitled to half the equity accrued during the marriage. You would also be entitled to half the marital debt that has accumulated during the marriage and has not been paid off. (Assuming GA is an equitable distribution state or a community property state. I think there's one state that is neither, but I can't recall off the top of my head which one it is.)
