House bought before marriage, but refinanced?

What is the name of your state? OHio

I bought a house in 2001, which was 2 years before I married. I refinanced it last year, 2 years into our marriage. The refianced loan is only in my name becaue wife's credit was bad. I see that both our names are now on the mortgage since it has been refinanced.

In our divorce, will this be classified as property prior to marriage or joint property.
All house payments were made from my separate checking account, using only my money.

Thanks! What is the name of your state?

Joint property.. since your own post says that it is both names.

Nice try... but it won't work. Simply, the money that you claim was 'yours' was very likely offset by funds that would have been joint.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
