House foreclosure & decree

What is the name of your state?
Texas

One more...
In my husbands decree, his ex was awarded the house he had financed in his name. She was awarded to pay all mortgage, taxes, upkeep, etc until the house was sold.
She DID place the house for sale. But two weeks after it was awarded to her, she moved out and allowed the house to foreclose.
Can he take her back to court for breech of the decree? And if he did what could he be awarded? His credit it ruined because of this and the credit card thing she's pulled as well.
She was awarded him to pay her monthly for his car & a student loan that she paid for... perhaps the award could be a reduction of the total amount due to her? Is that even possible and/or worth the time involved?

She violated the divorce decree. He needs to file a contempt action against her. He needs to rehire the attorney that handled the divorce.

Why in the world didn't he protect his credit by taking over the house payments until it sold? If there was any equity he not only ruined his credit but let that assets just flow away.
