What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I tried to post this earlier but I don't see it, so if it shows, I apologize.

I separated from my husband, who I desire to make my ex-husband, in October 2013 after not quite 2 years of marriage. There were many reasons leading up to our split up, among them his not working (not even attempting to look for a job) and drug use. I will admit that I had some part in our split. I am disabled due to several brain operations and mini-strokes. Due to my medical costs, I was not able to pay for my medical needs, and support him, my 2 children whom I have custody of and his son who also lived with us a majority of the time on my disability income and was constantly insisting he look for work.

He contacted me in November on our anniversary, but other than that, I have had no contact with him. His cell phone was on my cell phone account and I could not afford to continue to pay his bill so it was disconnected. He has blocked me and my kids from his facebook acct. He has not contacted his ex-wife nor his son since Oct. She wants child support. I have talked to both of his sisters. One has not seen him since Christmas.

Am I doomed to stay married? I want to move on with my life!
