I have seperated from my husband since 1996 . we had gone to court and did the support order and stated that we no longer live together and all that . My question is can i get a divorce with out him signing the papers ? Is it posable that i can get it because we have not been living together for a long time? He will not sign the divorce papers , even though he is with another person and has been for 5 yrs. . what can i do? plsss help . kate m new york
