What is the name of your state? Minnesota.

I am filing the paperwork for a divorce. I am not sure if I should classify my mobile home as an Automobile or Real Estate. The mobile home itself is located in a Park, on rented land. We do not own any "real property" We do have a so-called "Mortgage" on the home, but I am just unsure. We also own a 1 wk Timeshare which also has a loan out for it. I just want to confirm that the Timeshare should be listed on the Real Estate Attachment.

Please help!

Thanks! ccmatti
