I married a man on February 2005 in New Jersey. Right after that he left home. We spoke on the phone a couple times, but he never returned. Now I want to divorce for what I realized that according to the NJ law I have to wait at least 12 months. I want to start the process soon for what I wonder what I have to do. I have a new relationship so getting divorce is a priority for me. Obviously We don't have anything at all: no properties, no kids. What should I do? and how much it can cost?.
