Question

How to divorce a parent?

What is the name of your state? Idaho
I need information on how a 15 year old with a baby can divorce her un-helping mother.

I guess i will add more info.

Her mother does drugs and influences her other childern to do it.(17 and 15 year old girls) the 17 year old dropped out of school at age 16, and is jobless. (The mother is jobless) and she allows her other 15 year old date a 19 year old druggie whom already has a child with another teen. I am the boyfiend of the 15 year old who want out of that house and the father of the baby whom also lives at that residence. If anymore question just ask me.
