What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN
I am married to a permanent resident of the US from Kenya, yes he obtained that residency from me. How can I file custody so he cannot take my child out of the country if I dont know where he is to file for a divorce? But my urgency of taking her out the country should be enough to get an emergency something right?

File for divorce where you live and ask for an order that the child not be allowed to leave the country. You will probably need an attorney.
