I have received a Divorce/Separate Support Summons from my wife. I was expecting it.

The paper says I am hereby summoned and am required to serve a copy of my answer to the complaint for DIVORCE ...

How do I serve my answer? Do I go to the court to file a form?

I tried looking here: Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure

I can't find anything on summonses -- and the things I did read are all in "legalese" which I don't understand at all anyway.

Can someone provide me some direction, please?

I tried to find a required or accepted form for a response but couldn't find any. They had all sorts of forms for various types of divorce actions.

so, read what Ohiogal suggested and you might try calling the clerk of the courts and asking if there is a standard or required form for a response. I would be very conservative with asking the clerk too much. First, they cannot dispense legal advice and second, if you bug them too much, you will go to the end of the line, figuratively speaking.
