What is the name of your state? Arkansas

Divorce was final in 2004. I have an ongoing property fight where ex-wife will not perform as she was ordered.

My attorney is dilly-dallying for almost a year. How do I:

1) File a motion for his removal?
2) File a motion to represent myself pro se?
3) lastly, file a motion for contempt against my ex?

Thanks.

It would be easier to answer your questions if we knew the details of the situation. Its hard to respond in a vacumn.

1) File a motion for his removal?
A: You (to the lawyer): "You're fired. File a notice of withdrawal with the court and give me my file."

2) File a motion to represent myself pro se?
A: Write a letter to the court and send a copy to the opposing lawyer and tell them you are now representing yourself.

3) lastly, file a motion for contempt against my ex?
A: Read and become familiar with the rules of civil procedure in your state.
