What is the name of your state? IN
She told me the things she wanted and i don't care if she has them. however when i got the papers in it, it reads half and when i asked her about it she said she had to ask for half or nothing. she also says that once in front of the judge is when she will state exactly what she wants and nothing more. had she asked for nothing she said she would get nothing but it doesn't make sense to me. so does she get to specify what she wants in front of the judge or does he go off the papers she filed that she wants half of it? i figured you put down what you wanted and went off of that when you went before the judge. |
