How Fast?

What is the name of your state? OHIO


mY HUSBAND TOOK OFF A MONTH AGO AND CAN'T BE FOUND EXCEPT AT WORK, HOW FAST CAN I GET A DIVORCE? HE WILL NOT GO TO COURT HE ALREADY SAID. HE WANTS TO BE FREE FOR A WHILE. DO I NEED HIM T O FILE?

You must live separate and apart for 1 year prior to filing your divorce. But no, you do not need him to file once you have met the requirement. You may want to get started on a separation agreement now. Not legal advice, life advice.
