how to file legal seperation on own


What is the name of your state? NY

Ok here is the deal, my wife and i have been married since june 28, 2003. Recently she has been emailing some guy things she shouldnt. she is not neccessarily cheating but the things she wrote are incriminating. we want a legal seperation and i would like to do it on my own. How would I go about doing this. She is willing to split bills and sign the house over to me. can anyone offer any advice on what i can expect and how to go about doing this???

This has the appropriate paperwork and it also tells you how to fill them out correctly.

Legal seperation paperwork in CA?


I'm in California.... what site/where would I go to find paperwork for a legal seperation? Thanks.

Your local courthouse should have a self-help center/family law facilitator.
However, in the future you should ask your question on a separate thread. That avoids confusion with the answers.
