What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH I need advice as to how to file a subpoena to get the records from my childrens prior counselor-do I call it a motion and how do I file it?any info will be so helpful thanks

they told me that typically these are handled by attys and they could not advise me any further except for go to the state library and research it
