how long do i have to wait?

What is the name of your state? illinois

Illinois
Do I have to wait for a specific amount of time in a "fault" divorce before I can see a judge? It has been almost 2 years already. I want to get on with my life. Is there a statue of limitations involved?

I am pretty sure that after two years enough time has passed to get it in front of a judge. Maybe its time you get an attorney if you don't already have one.
