how long..( I AM ALWAYS LIABLE) help again

(I AM ALWAYS LIABLE) help again?
The default papers have been sent to court...about a month ago. So, I guess it should only take another month...hopefully..
Since I won't be at court, could my ex just give me a copy of the final court paper?? We are actually on reasonable speaking terms..
I thank you so much for your expertise...I have had so many questions and fell onto this site..very informative.. This whole thing has not been very fun for me. At least we were only married 5 months before he filed.. thank you
