? Pennsylvania...My hubby and I have been separated ( for a few years now) he has continued to keep me on his health insurance at his job, now he wants to drop me, right away, he gave me no notice! Is he allowed to legally do this, I have no other insurance, is there anything I can do? I would like to be covered until the divorce at least, because i have a lot of health issues. We are legally married since 1981, thanks!!

No, technically he can't do that. However he may do it anyway unless you take some action. Get yourself a consult with an attorney today.
