State of AZ
Husband lied in petition for dissolution. stated no property no debt, basically its blank except for signature.

Can I motion the court to dismiss -he has bought a lot of stock since the petition was filed, its my understanding that its considered separate property.

Also, I had him sign a Joint settlement in lieu of discovery its signed by both and notorized. Can i motion the court to enforce it?

I filed a response stating the co property and debt now what do i do? He has an atty I do not so I am on my own. how can i proceed?

Thank you in advance for your help
