What is the name of your state? Indiana, hello- My husband had all my belongings sold, given away, or hidden. Then he ran off to Germany and we have custody issues. since I will not give in unless he paies support and provides insurance! This is a 2 year issue. Divorce is long drawn but I want all my family eirlooms back and all my personal gifts back befor I divorce him. (I'm sure he knows where the stuff is) any advice!

Hon, if he is in Germany, you might as well kiss your "stuff" goodbye....and he might as well kiss custody issues goodbye as well.
