It has been 9 months and I still do not have temporary orders (custody of children). All I want at this point is the ability to move out of our home with my children with him having visitation as often as he would like. I have been to court several times for what I thought was temp orders....motion for orders, canceled-then it was called case management conference, canceled- now I find out that is is pre-trial...which has nothing to do with temp orders. I have also learned that this pre-trial will be continued because neither side has its case prepared...leaving me once again without orders......my attorney says there is nothing that can be done at this point concerning temp orders. Is thre anyhting that can be done at this first pre-trial, which will be continued, to secure temp orders? PLEASE HELP! I have been very strong and patient thus far...I really can't live with my husband (in the middle of divorce) any longer.
