I am trying to look into the options I have with divorce. We have a beautiful 18 month old daughter that I want complete custody of. I am the only working parent, and I also take care of the entire inside and outside of our home...no joke. So what is the scenario that I will be looking at to get out of this marriage with child and home? My husband also does drugs...marjuana that I know of, and stays gone for days at a time. Help me look into ending this nightmare!!

document everything you can about husband's drug habits, get witnesses to testify for you as a mother and also talk about husband's disappearing acts that he can't take care of daughter. That way maybe if I said maybe remember I am no lawyer....you can get supervised visits for your daughter or he does not want to fight for divorce and custody at all...I know most drug users don't fight for custody just like in my case.
Best bet is to talk to you attorney..most attorneys will give you the first free consutlation so you might get better ideas...
