I NEED HELP!!- Getting Divorce w/ violence&kidnapping of me. Need advice-don't know?
What is the name of your state?orange county,california-- I really need some advice!!! My husband and I are getting a divorce and right before I left him, He kiddnapped me out of a parking lot and held me against my will for nine days and then at the end he shaved my head bald. He almost killed me durring that time period. I filed a police report and had them take pictures also. Currently that case is on hold cause I feel as though I should be compensated for my pain and don't know if that should be part of the divorce settlement or not??? I dont know ANYTHING about the law nor divoce and have NO clue where to begin.....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
