I am asking this question on behalf of a friend....
I have a friend who lives in Iowa....she wants to get a divorce...she does not have the money to pay for a lawyer...what if anything can she do??...she has tried to get her husband to file but he refuses....is there any course of action she can take?
I should mention that they are separated and living in different towns...they have been apart about three months or so and she really wants this divorce...can anyone help with some info??
