If it's not in the decree. is there a law? What is the name of your state? north carolina -- Is there some type of "military" law stating if you were married to a military person for "xx" years that you "automatically" are entitled to his retirement? My husband's ex-wife keeps telling him there a Title xxxx that says because she was married to him 10 years she is "due" half of his retirement pay. I would really like to hear some thoughts on this. |
