If a wife & mother abandons the home, leaves children & husband behind, moves all her belongings out, sets up a new residence.....How long do you have to wait before she is actually considered as 'legally' gone? I mean, how long does she have before she could just up and change her mind and try to move back into the home again without anyone being able to prevent it legally? I have heard 30 days, 45 days, 90 days, I have also heard that she is finished once she leaves period. I have no idea what is or isn't the truth of it. Would like to know.
