Hello, I have been married to a girl that came here illegally from Honduras for 2 1/2 years. She has 2 children from previous relationships, and we have none together. I am going to divorce her. Will she be eligible for alimony and 50% of my few posessions? I do not own a house. She does end to end jobs under the table because she cannot get a valid job. Do I need an attorney?

She is entitled to 50% of the marital assets and 50% of the marital debts. You may be responsible for extremely short term alimony.
