Hi..I got married in Alabama at 15 years old, with both of my parents consent, Now i live in Tennessee. Me and my husband are not getting along at all now, I am seriously considering a divorce. I was wondering what my rights are. If I get a divorce, am I back in one of my parents custody or am I emancipated? I think I should be able to be on my own since I have been married and everything..Please if Anyone knows the answer to any of this, tell me, I really need to know. Its very important. I come from a very bad family situation and the fact that my marriage isn't working doesn't leave me with many options..please help me out, let me know...thanks
