inheiritance

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina
when my son inherits from me, then he and his wife divorce, is she entitled to any portion of this inheiritance in North Carolina??

The answer, as phrased is a big time definite maybe.

1. You cannot control what happens after you die.

2. Your question is far to vague to answer even hypothetically.
