Inheritance rights of abandoning but surviving spousent by spouse

What is the name of your state? Colorado

What rights can a wife who has abandoned her husband for ten years exercise after the husband has died? Can she come back and claim his assets?

She can try but unless the judge is drinking a low grade of diesel I wouldn't bet on her chances. Is there a will?
