international divorce

What is the name of your state?
I am currently in Ohio. I was living in Ireland since March of 2005.
I moved there with my wife and 2 1/2 year old daughter.
My wife and I had a falling out in July and she wanted me to leave Ireland. I left hoping it was temporary. I have gone back once to see my daughter and it was a really bad situation with me wife.
What I want to know is, can anyone tell me if she can file for divorce here (in Ohio, where we were married) from ireland? And if so, can I fight it? I do not want a divorce . I am planning to go back to Ireland in 2 weeks to apply for rights to see my daughter. I plan on staying in Ireland. But in the meantime, I want to know what she can and can't do about getting a divorce from Ireland. She cannot file in Ireland, Irish law requires a seperation of four years before you can apply there. Thanks
