State Specific sites for divorce laws....

are www.divorcesource.com and www.divorcenet.com and probably lots of others. Consult a Family Law attorney if you decide to persue a divorce. I assume there's no children involved so it may be possible to go to a book store and buy a "How to divorce book" in your state. Happy surfing!
