What is the name of your state? Arizona

I will be going through a divorce. Would he get any of my IRA money. The IRA is in my name and I opened it way before we were married. Last week I rolled it over to another IRA account.

You each are entitled to a share of the debts and assets ACCRUED during the marriage. If you contributed to the IRA during the marriage, those contributions and their growth would be split.
